Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist to prepare official receipt and bank deposit and post to QuickBooks system.
- Collect payment from clients (In case messenger busy).
- Help checklist PO invoice cash.
- Assist to issue sale invoice and post to QuickBooks system.
- Go to bank TT, cheque withdrawal, cash & cheque deposit, collect bank statement.
- Other tasks assign by Accounting Manager.
Job Requirement
- Fresh graduated or Year 4 of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- No experience or 1 year experience in finance/accounting work (fresh graduate is encourage).
- Have some basic computer and Microsoft Office skills and QuickBooks system.
- Have good command in English.
- Honest, challenges, hardworking, flexible and high responsibility.
